Admission policy and procedure
The admission procedure at Fatimiyah Girls' School is a fair and transparent process. The
admission procedure consists of the following steps:
Application Submission: Parents can obtain the admission application form from the school
office. The completed application form, along with all required documents, should be submitted
to the admissions office within the specified timeframe.
Documentation: Along with the application form, applicants are required to submit supporting
documents which include:
Birth certificate/ B-Form
Previous academic records/ transcripts
Passport-sized photographs
Parent CNIC & JCIC (if member)
Any other documents specified by the school
Entrance Examination/Interview: Applicants are required to appear in an entrance
examination to assess their academic abilities. Additionally, there is an interview process to
evaluate the student's interests, aspirations, and suitability for the school's academic
environment.
Assessment of Criteria: The admission committee reviews each application based on
predetermined criteria, which may include academic performance, extracurricular activities,
conduct, and other relevant factors.
Notification of Admission: Once the assessment process is complete, successful applicants are
notified of their admission status via list posted at the entrance of the school. Successful
applicants are required to collect offer letter from the admin block along with instructions for
completing the enrollment process.
Enrollment and Fee Payment: Upon receiving an admission offer, parents or guardians are
required to complete the enrollment process, which may involve submitting additional
documents, completing registration forms, and paying the necessary fees.
Orientation: Prior to the start of the academic year, new students and their families are invited
to attend an orientation session, where they can familiarize themselves with the school's policies,
facilities, and academic programs.
